Dandelion Safe Homes runs on the people who show up for it.

Right now, a community of volunteers helps women move from surviving to believing what's possible again — through construction workshops, housing pathways, and the everyday work of keeping an organisation like this running. We build with women, not for them. The same is true of how we build Dandelion itself.

We're currently looking for:

Grant Writer

Help us secure government and philanthropic funding to keep building homes and running workshops. Our brand playbook gives you the language, positioning, and priority areas funders need to hear — you bring the writing.

Case Worker specialising in DFV recovery

If you or someone you know has experience supporting women leaving domestic and family violence, we'd love to talk. Get in touch to learn more about Dandelion and the women we work with.

Management Plan Writer

We're growing our education programs and need someone who can turn a vision into a working plan — where we're headed, and how we get there.

Administrator

Someone to keep our paperwork in order and our supporters in the loop, with regular updates to donors and members.
